  • Website Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how our website is used (page views, referring sites, general location).
  • License Activation: When you activate your Savant license, we verify your license key and record the activation.
  • Crash Reports: If Savant crashes, you can choose to send us crash reports to help us fix bugs. This is always optional.

Information We DO NOT Collect

  • Your Conversations: We never see, store, or analyze your AI conversations. They stay on your computer as local files.
  • Your API Keys: Your API keys for Claude, OpenAI, or other services are stored only in your system keychain, never on our servers.
  • Your Projects and Agents: All your projects, agents, and custom configurations remain private on your device.
  • Usage Tracking: We don't track what features you use, how often you use them, or what you create with Savant.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide Services: Process your license purchase, activate your software, and provide customer support.
  • Improve Our Product: Analyze crash reports and feedback to fix bugs and improve Savant.
  • Communicate: Send you important updates about your license, security notices, or respond to your support requests.

  • Marketing Data: If you've opted into marketing communications, we retain this until you unsubscribe.

Savant is operated by Sisukas Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. If you're using Savant from outside the UK, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the UK and other countries where we operate.

Savant is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.
